Store Policies
General Terms and Conditions: Each item has bold, red text at the bottom of the description outlining the lead time and any other requirements for shipment of that particular product. Some products are custom made, others are in stock and ship immediately. Some items are able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and military addresses; others are not. Please refer to each item page to make sure your order will meet your delivery expectations and that your shipping address is valid for delivery. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any order that does not adhere to the shipping requirements, at which time the customer will be contacted immediately.
Returns and Exchanges: All of the products that we sell are backed by a 7 Day Money Back Guarantee. In the rare event that you are not satisfied with any item(s) in your order, returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt as long as the returned items remain in new, unused condition. All tags, stickers, and any other packaging must remain sealed, attached, or otherwise in the same condition in which it was received. We cannot refund the cost of return shipping unless an error was made on our behalf. If the customer, for example, orders the wrong item, size, etc., there will be a 15% restocking fee upon the return. Under no circumstance are rush shipping charges refundable if applied to an order.
Back Orders: We update our site continuously, but in the event that an item that is sold out is purchased before we are able to remove it from our site, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. The customer will be provided with an estimated date for restocking and may then choose to wait until the item is back in inventory or receive a full refund of the purchase price.
